About the practice

Crestline Medical Group

Psychiatric care that moves with you.

Our clinical team

Crestline's clinical team includes board-certified psychiatrists and licensed psychotherapists, each credentialed in their respective discipline at the state and national level. We hold credentials as a baseline expectation, not a distinguishing boast. What we care about beyond licensure is clinical rigor and the ability to sit with complexity without flinching.

How we work

Psychiatry at the center

Psychiatric evaluation drives every care plan we build. Medications, if appropriate, are prescribed with precision — not reflexively. That discipline shapes every clinical decision we make, from the first appointment onward.

Full appointment time, every time

We do not double-book. Your clinician is present for the full session. That is not a perk — it is the floor. Care quality collapses when providers are too rushed to think.

Coordinated clinical team

Your psychiatrist and therapist communicate. Intentionally and regularly. When different clinicians share clinical context, the care you receive becomes coherent rather than coincidental.

Evidence as the standard

Treatment recommendations at Crestline are grounded in the current clinical evidence base. We follow the research. When the data is inconclusive, we say so rather than oversell an approach.

What we hold ourselves to

  • Psychiatric precision over guesswork. diagnosis and medication decisions are made carefully, revisited often, and explained to you in plain language.
  • Transparency about uncertainty. when science does not offer a clear answer, we say that directly rather than projecting false confidence.
  • Continuity by design. you see the same clinician over time, because therapeutic relationships built on consistency produce better outcomes than revolving-door care.
  • Respect for your time. scheduling, intake, and follow-up processes are built to minimize friction so your energy goes toward treatment, not paperwork.
  • Integration, not referral ping-pong. our psychiatric and therapy teams share context so you never have to re-explain your history from scratch.
  • Scope honesty. we are an outpatient practice. When a higher level of care is clinically appropriate, we say so and help you find it.

Our story

Mental health care in California is not one-size-fits-all. Crestline Medical Group was built on that premise. We deliver psychiatric and therapeutic care that treats you as a whole person, not a symptom list.

Crestline was founded on a simple conviction: outpatient behavioral health works best when psychiatry leads the clinical relationship and therapy runs alongside it, not as an afterthought. Too many Californians cycle through disconnected providers and fragmented care. We structured this practice to close that gap.

When you're ready, we are too.
